In the context of facilitating the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP address of the connection owner, as well as name, address, payment information, credit card data (if applicable), and birth date, within the scope of cookies. For contract processing, the following data is also stored by us: email, telephone number, address. The data provided by you is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract and for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. A conclusion of the contract without this data is not possible. The collected data is not transmitted to third parties, except for:
- The transmission of payment data (credit card data) to the processing banks/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price.
- The shipping company contracted by us (transport company) responsible for the delivery of the goods.
- Our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.
If you cancel the purchase process, this data stored by us will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data resulting from the contractual relationship will be stored by us until the expiry of the statutory retention period (7 years). The transmitted name, address, purchased goods, and date of purchase will also be stored until the expiry of the product liability period (10 years). The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG as well as Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfillment) GDPR.
